The role involves a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the warehouse team in achieving their goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and updating inventory records using the company's inventory management system.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analysis for management.,Support the warehouse team in receiving, storing, and distributing inventory items.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse to ensure optimal storage conditions.,Collaborate with the procurement team to support the ordering and receiving of inventory items.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Inventory Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
