📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise a team of store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance and revenue growth.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and other professional gatherings.,Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to achieve company objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and marketing principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
