📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process patient payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Handle insurance claims and reimbursements.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Assist in the management of clinic supplies and inventory.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the clinic's overall success.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies.,Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of healthcare terminology and procedures.,Familiarity with insurance and billing processes is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid setting (office and home).
