Resto Elsa Bangunan is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work, offering flexibility and a unique work experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the overall management and operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.,Manage and supervise a team of managers and staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor and control costs, budgets, and expenses to ensure profitability and financial health.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Implement and monitor marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to foster a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and management tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.
