📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Support the HR department in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
• Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
• Support the HR department in handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Support the HR department in handling administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the HR function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Recent graduate or someone with limited experience in HR.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR software and systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Basic understanding of employee benefits and compensation.
