📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with medical orders and hospital policies and procedures.
  • Assess and monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the medical team.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the medical team.
  • Perform routine patient care tasks such as vital sign monitoring, wound care, and catheter care.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of treatments and procedures as directed by the medical team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse (S1/S2) with a valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
