(Remote) Department Head

Global Nest Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Department Head to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific department within our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance.
• Manage and mentor department staff.
• Ensure that all department activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all company goals are met.
• Monitor department budgets and expenses.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
• Identify and implement new processes and technologies to improve department efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
