📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and visitors with a warm and professional manner.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the store.,Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Answer and direct phone calls and emails.,Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.,Ensure the safety and security of the store and its employees.,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Friendly and professional demeanor.
