📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage student information systems, including enrollment, graduation, and transcript processes.
• Provide technical support to faculty and staff for academic-related queries.
• Maintain and update student records in PowerSchool and other relevant databases.
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination.
• Assist in the implementation of new academic technologies and systems.
• Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs for academic staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in academic support or student information systems.
• Proven experience with PowerSchool and other student information systems.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional certification in education technology or a related field is a plus.
