📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new sales leads through market research, networking, and sales calls.,Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products/services.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for business growth.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's reach and network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to tailor solutions to their requirements.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
