PT Boga Usaha is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Distribution Officer to join our team in Ngawi, Jawa Timur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the distribution process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain optimal stock.,Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.,Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with route planning software is a plus.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and accuracy.Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
