📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and interview top-tier candidates for various roles across different industries.
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide strategic advice on recruitment strategies.
• Utilize industry-leading tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Lever to streamline recruitment processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and clients.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of the local and international job market, particularly in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Lever.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
