📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and reports.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, innovative, and sustainable designs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on technical and design aspects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency in using structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
• Strong understanding of structural analysis, design, and detailing.
• Familiarity with building codes and standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
