📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage and train a team of store staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in implementing new store initiatives and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
