📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the outlet, including stock control and inventory management.,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases.,Support the team in achieving sales targets and promoting products.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring it is presentable at all times.,Assist in the preparation of reports and records related to outlet operations.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.,Follow company policies and procedures related to retail operations.,Assist in the organization of events and promotions to increase sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role (preferred but not required).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use office software.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Flexible and able to work during weekends and holidays as required.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
