📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize the company's financial performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
