🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
