Pacific Beverage is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Gorontalo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory control and order fulfillment.,Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to streamline logistics and supply chain processes.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accuracy and safety in warehouse activities.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to protect employees and assets.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
