📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the management of the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinate with mechanics, and ensure timely repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient operation of vehicles.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Provide training and support to new drivers and fleet staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
