📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage student information systems, including enrollment, graduation, and transcript processes.
- Provide technical support to faculty and staff for academic-related queries.
- Maintain and update student records in PowerSchool and other relevant databases.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination.
- Assist in the implementation of new academic technologies and systems.
- Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Participate in training and development programs for academic staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic support or student information systems.
- Proven experience with PowerSchool and other student information systems.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Professional certification in education technology or a related field is a plus.
