📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Analyze data using SAP GRC, RiskWatch, and Microsoft Excel to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a financial services or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in using SAP GRC, RiskWatch, and Microsoft Excel.
• Certifications in risk management (e.g., CERA, CRM) are a plus.
