In this role, you'll work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to implement and optimize CRM systems. You'll analyze customer data to identify trends, segment customers, and develop targeted campaigns. Daily, you'll create and refine customer profiles, set up automation workflows, and measure the effectiveness of your strategies using real-time analytics.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) for our e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies based on purchase behavior and demographics.
• Create and maintain customer profiles, including contact information, purchase history, and preferences.
• Set up and manage automation workflows to streamline customer interactions and improve response times.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
• Identify and analyze customer data to uncover trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM best practices and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce or HubSpot CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in CRM or related field is a plus.
