📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and administration of certification programs for CA, CPA, and CPSAK qualifications.
• Oversee the certification process, including exam scheduling, candidate registration, and result processing.
• Collaborate with industry experts and regulatory bodies to ensure certification programs align with global standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the candidate experience and improve program efficiency.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle to manage certification data and streamline administrative processes.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain the integrity and quality of certification programs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to certification team members.
• Represent the Institute at industry conferences and events to promote certification programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in certification management, preferably in the accounting profession.
• Professional certification in CA, CPA, or CPSAK.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage certification programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle is a plus.
