📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction and maintenance of critical infrastructure projects in Bali, including roads, bridges, and public buildings.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspect and maintain existing infrastructure to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the continued success of our projects.
• Comply with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Report on project progress and performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and maintenance, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certification in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using construction management software, such as Procore, Primavera, or similar.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
