Outbound Supervisor

You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the picking, packing, and loading processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
• Monitor and report on outbound operations, identifying areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Utilize WMS and TMS to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Proven experience in supervising and managing outbound operations.
• Certification in Warehouse Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and TMS systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
