📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives to align talent with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in strategic HR consulting or a similar role.
• Certification in PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
