📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and manage customs documentation for export and import shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure accurate documentation.
• Handle customs clearance procedures, including filing entries and paying duties and taxes.
• Monitor and manage customs regulations and compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on customs-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for customs documentation and clearance procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest customs regulations and industry trends.
• Assist in resolving customs-related issues and disputes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs documentation and international trade.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, particularly in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Valid customs broker license or equivalent certification.
