📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including poultry houses, processing plants, and support buildings.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Work with our team of engineers and technicians to complete maintenance tasks, following safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Document maintenance activities and record any issues or concerns for further investigation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our maintenance processes.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting your colleagues and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field), or have completed a relevant vocational training program.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance practices and tools, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety, with a valid driver's license and the ability to operate machinery.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of maintenance management software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
