As a Laboratory and Operations Associate, you'll have the chance to work with advanced tools and technologies, including LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and NI-DAQmx, to ensure our products are of the highest quality.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and other inventory management systems.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and quality control checks to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Document and record production processes, ensuring all data is accurately captured and reported.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and functioning correctly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality control issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory operations, quality control, or a similar role.
- Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems is a plus.
- Proficient in using SAP and other inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with laboratory software such as LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and NI-DAQmx.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
