Operations & Branch Manager

As an Operations & Branch Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing a diverse portfolio of projects using tools like Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with architects, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution. You'll also be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance across all sites.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction, renovation, and production projects across multiple sites in Bali.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring compliance with financial and operational targets.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality standards across all projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all project sites.
• Develop and manage project schedules using project management software like Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status and address any issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, supervisors, and support staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction or renovation projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software, including Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel frequently between project sites across Bali.
