In this role, you'll be working closely with our HR team to ensure all employment practices comply with Indonesian labor laws. You'll draft and review employment contracts, handbooks, and policies, and provide training to our staff on employment rights and responsibilities. You'll also handle employee relations, including investigations, mediations, and disputes, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert legal advice on employment matters, including contract negotiations, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
• Draft, review, and update employment contracts, handbooks, and policies to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Conduct training sessions for employees and management on employment rights, responsibilities, and company policies.
• Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing job descriptions and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Handle employee relations, including investigations, mediations, and disputes, to maintain a fair and respectful workplace.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure all employment practices are compliant and fair.
• Provide strategic guidance to management on employment-related issues and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in employment law, preferably in Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR or employment law is a plus.
