📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare fresh, high-quality ingredients for our Italian dishes.
- Support the head chef in creating and executing daily specials.
- Ensure all ingredients are properly stored and maintained.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cold Kitchen Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
