📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with international standards such as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the EHS department, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of environmental and safety hazards on our operations.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the EHS team, fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that EHS considerations are integrated into all aspects of our business operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in EHS management.
• Represent Midea at industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote our EHS initiatives and share best practices with peers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, with a proven track record of success in implementing and maintaining EHS programs.
• Certifications in ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, or other relevant EHS standards.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety laws applicable to the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Proficient in using EHS management software such as SAP EHS, QHSE, or similar tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
