📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic tourism plans to attract and retain international and domestic visitors.
• Coordinate with local communities, businesses, and government agencies to ensure sustainable tourism development.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of tourism infrastructure, including hotels, resorts, and transportation facilities.
• Promote cultural tourism by preserving and showcasing the unique heritage of Bangka Belitung.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of Indonesia's tourism market and the unique characteristics of Bangka Belitung.
