• Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions
• Developing and implementing audit plans in collaboration with management
• Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management
• Training and mentoring other team members to ensure the continued success of the audit program
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls
• Assisting in the development and implementation of risk management strategies
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the F&B industry
• Proficiency in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or similar
• Ability to travel as required by the role
